“The Overpass”
- This painting showed me that God is watching over us, like how the Overpass (the coffee shop church we started) is over us.
- 2 Thessalonians 3:3 – “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.”
“Compass”
- My mom’s friend Heather has a prayer room where there are pipes so when someone upstairs uses the water it sounds like a rainforest. God told me to make this rainforest and parrot for her and say those words. When I gave it to her I found out that the word God gave her this year is the word “compass” and she even has a picture of a compass on her uniform that she wears to work everyday! (And yes I know I spelled “are” wrong but that’s okay.)
- 1 Kings 8:36 – “Then hear from heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel. Teach them the right way to live, and send rain on the land you gave your people for an inheritance.”
